Low Vibe Emotions Can Control Big Life Decisions

Can Low Vibe Emotions Really Control Your Life?

The answer is yes. Low-vibration emotions can really control your life. So you might ask, what are these low-vibe emotions? Well according to the emotional frequency chart found below some of the feelings like shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, and anger are all lower in vibration. The numbers on the left side depicted in the chart are all measured in hertz frequencies.

the emotion frequency chart

The lower the hertz frequency the lower the vibration. So for example you leave the house angry because you woke up late and you didnt have the time to make a cup of coffee before work. Then you are in your car driving on the highway and you abruptly stop because there is a couple mile long traffic jam. Seemingly enough the traffic starts moving ever so slightly and you get some small bit of hope you'll make it to work on time. The next thing you remember is that you were going to stop at the store before work to buy lunch but now that you will be late you have to skip that idea, so you get even more frustrated and angry. Next thing you know you have your boss calling you wondering where you're at, you get even more frustrated because you don't want to let down your boss. Then another thing happens and you forgot you didnt put any gas in the car as you planned.

And, no this didn't happen to me! ;)

Obviously, you get where I am going with this. It's like a snowball effect of emotion that hits you at the worst possible times and it just continues to roll down the hill until you come to an awareness of what you're doing. What emotion do you feel during this situation? Do you feel anger or fear? It can very well be both. Within any frequency or vibration like attracts like. The more that you are deep in anger or frustration you start to attract more and more frustrating things that can make you even more angry.

When Trauma and Emotion Have The Lead Role

Now this is a pretty simple example of emotion controlling your life decisions but what you should understand is that this can also affect your life in greater ways. This can happen when we have traumas or limiting beliefs that play a role in triggering us into a certain emotion making it seem like the decisions you have to make are based on how you feel during the time you were triggered.

Have you ever been triggered by something someone did or said to you and you made a decision based on what you felt? I think we all have, so don't beat yourself up!

If the emotion that you were feeling has more control over your life, then it's time to do some self reflection. We have all been through relationships where we are triggered by the other person bringing up a traumatic memory and all of a sudden the relationship separates because we feel a negative emotion.

What's important to know is that the emotion you feel right after being triggered can come from the memory of the traumatic experience and not the person that triggered you. Being aware of the emotional state that you are in during any triggering moment is vitally important so you don't let the emotion take the reigns. I always tell myself during any time I am triggered to always be self aware and to never make decisions based on what is happening in the current moment. Unless you are being hurt in any way seek help and call authorities.

Raising Your Vibration

There are multiple ways you can raise your vibration. Many people are different with what they enjoy so I'm sure you will be different too. What I can say is just take one step at a time to figure out what's best suited for you.

Meditation Station

Now, if you are in the first scenario that I explained please do not meditate while you're driving. We don't want you to get into a car accident and hurt yourself or anyone else. I recommend taking five minutes out of your day just to take a small meditation.

Sit down, put some headphones in, play some calming music, and close your eyes. Breathe in and out allowing your breath to fill your lungs and then releasing. Doing this exercise about ten times and thanking yourself for the time you gave yourself. I specifically like to do this to start my day. For me, it aligns my heart and head putting me into a good mood no matter if I get triggered or upset throughout the day.

If sitting down to meditate isn't your thing you can also go on a walk, run, or bike meditation. You do not need to close your eyes during these types of meditations but just letting your mind be still during this activity is what you're aiming for.

Grounding Like A Groundhog

Okay, so some of you know what grounding is and some of you don't. The some that don't read this up! Grounding is the technique used to ground your energetic body back into the present by relaxing the mind and body.

Get one with nature! You can ground a number of ways but I love the option of going outside, taking my shoes off, and walking through the grass. You can even lie down and put your hands on the dirt or grass to get ample effect of energy to ground yourself. By doing this technique it connects you to the divine mother earth and puts you into a state of awareness that you can feel one with nature.

Another great grounding exercise is eating, this actually might be my favorite. Eat some food! Especially if the food is red it will help you align your root chakra, grounding you into your body and raising your vibration. Understand that the food should be healthy like tomatoes or something earthly not like Twizzlers or other red artificial candies.

Dance Dance Revolution Up In Here

Yep you could have guessed it, dancing is great for the up leveling of our vibration. Why you ask? Well, dancing helps us shake loose all the negative and unwanted energies that are blocking our good energies from flowing within the body.

If you ever feel stuck or stagnant, get up and start moving that booty around like you're back playing Dance Dance Revolution in your mom's basement. Yeah, that was me when I was fourteen..... anyway it helps in today's age too. Get that body moving to release any unwanted energies from your energetic field. You might just feel a level up during your dancing session making you smile and giddy for more.

Overview

Just remember, like attracts like. If you are in a bad mood you'll attract more of a bad mood until you recognize it. Once you are able to recognize you are in a cycle that's your time to change it.
