Hey, Hi, How are ya!

The moon, with its enigmatic presence, has always mesmerized humanity, guiding our ancestors and influencing cultures across the globe. Among its many phases, the full moon holds particular significance, symbolizing completion, abundance, and emotional intensity. In this blog post, we'll explore the moon's various phases, delve into the power of the full moon, and discover how we can utilize this celestial event to release what no longer serves us.

The Moon and It's Phases

I dont know if you're exactly like me but because I am so energetically in touch with my emotions I have a huge explosion of energy that comes out when the Full Moon is in the sky. I feel overly energetic and I always feel ready to release what no longer serves me. Which is basically the point of the full moon.

Each phase of the moon has a different energetic frequency in turn transferring different energies to us humans on the earthly level and how it impacts our lives. There are eight distinct phases of the moon that bring in a transformative occurrence for us. I think everyone feels the energy a quite bit differently but here are all the phases and what each phase does to our mind, body, and soul.

Before we delve into the full moon's power, let's take a moment to understand the moon's cycle. It goes through eight phases: the New Moon, Waxing Crescent, First Quarter, Waxing Gibbous, Full Moon, Waning Gibbous, Third Quarter, and Waning Crescent. Each phase signifies a distinct stage in the moon's journey, exerting different influences on our lives.

The Power of the Full Moon

The full moon, with its radiant glow, is a time of heightened energy and emotions. It marks the peak of the moon's cycle, bringing a sense of completion and fulfillment. Throughout history, the full moon has been celebrated in myths, folklore, and rituals, acknowledging its impact on human consciousness. During this phase, the moon's energy is said to amplify our intentions and emotions, making it a powerful time for transformation.

This time of transformation can literally uplift our lives as we know it bringing a tower moment for us all. This tower moment will change our lives in the ways we need it the most like breaking away old patterns and limiting beliefs. This full moon will awaken each and every one of us to what is right in front of us and we have the choice to make a new decision based on what we know now.

Releasing What No Longer Serves Us

As the full moon illuminates the night sky, it also shines a light on aspects of our lives that we need to release. Negative thought patterns, emotional baggage, and stagnant energy can hinder our personal growth and well-being. The full moon provides an opportune moment to acknowledge and let go of these burdens, creating space for positivity and renewal.

Harnessing the Full Moon's Energy:

There are various practices and rituals that can help us harness the transformative energy of the full moon:

1. Meditation and Introspection: Take time during the full moon to meditate and reflect on what you need to release. Focus on past experiences or emotions that no longer serve your highest good, and visualize them leaving your life. You can also visualize cutting cords with specific people.

2. Talk To Your Guides and Angels: While in meditation you can ask Archangel Michael to come in and help you release what no longer serves you but cutting the cords to the energies that seem to be taking away your life force.

3. Full Moon Journaling: Use this time to write down your thoughts, feelings, and intentions. Express gratitude for what you have and identify what you are ready to release. Writing can bring clarity and insight into your emotions.

4. Ritual of Release: Create a personal ritual that involves releasing symbolic representations of what you want to let go of. Write down negative thoughts on paper and burn them, rip the paper up or even just throw it away.

5. Cleansing Bath: Take a cleansing bath to wash away negativity. The act of physically releasing can be empowering. Using epson salts, himalyian salts or anything else you have, it doesnt need to be fancy, you can even you table salt. Gather up any herbs that you love and throw them in the bath, creating the intention of relaxation and release.

Full Moon and Personal Growth

Embracing the full moon as a time for release and renewal can have a profound impact on personal growth and self-awareness. By shedding old patterns and beliefs, we make space for new opportunities and positive energy. The full moon's energy can help us let go of what no longer serves us, paving the way for personal transformation and healing.

What we heal will help us in the long run with our relationships with ourself, friends, family and lovers. The ultimate goal in releasing the stuff that doesnt serve us is to wipe the slate clean and start with a new energy.
